The Scope of works are Installation, Cabling Testing & Commissioning in all Zones , Blocks Buildings, Amenities , Villas , Entrance Security Building, Infrastructure Networks, Roads , Pedestrian access, Fence External Pool, Main bridge, Pedestrian bridge & Landscaping. The two types of buildings defining the street are townhouses apartment and beneath them where to site gain some depth are located apartment blocks. The Town houses and apartment have facades both to the street and Wadi to provide cross ventilation. The Wadi street culminates with the square where the theatre, restaurants, cafe, shopping facilities and spa are located. The Valley forks in two branches adore with water features providing a peaceful, calm atmosphere. Aspect of the plan is create pedestrian and children environment separating pedestrian , vehicle circulation. The vehicular and pedestrian link connecting either side of the valley is provided by a single & double deck bridge in order to eliminate another ramp bruising the rocky cliffs.
